Kinnaroddenin niemimaalla Kjøllefjordin lähistöllä sijaitsee Euroopan mantereen pohjoisin piste, johon voi tehdä retkiä joko omatoimisesti tai opastettuna. Vaativan maaston vuoksi opastettu veneretki on kokonaisuutena upea elämys ja paras tapa tutustua Jäämeren luontoon.
Myös seudun kulttuurielämä on vilkas ja monipuolinen. Noin tuhannen asukkaan kylässä vanhassa kalatehtaassa toimii rannikkokulttuurikeskus Foldalbruket, jossa on kulttuurihistoriallinen museo ja juhlatilat. Toinen entinen kalatehdas, Christensenbruket, on muutettu kauniiksi taidegalleriaksi ja taiteilijoiden työtilaksi. Kylässä pyörii kesäaikana useita taidenäyttelyitä, ja keskikesän kohokohta on useamman päivän kestoinen musiikkifestivaali Chrisfestivalen.

In Kjollefjord, Norway, you can enjoy the wonders of Finnmark, the Arctic Ocean, and the breathtaking fjords. You can tune in with nature and discover the uniquely special local village cultures. At the Inn at the End of the World you can also eat local delicacies prepared in an artistic way.
In the peninsula of Kinnarodden, near Kjollefjord is the northern most point of the European continent. Search Google Maps for more details. There you can tour on your own or take a guided tour. Because nature is rather demanding, we highly recommend that you take a guided tour. A guided boat trip is also offered as a whole experience which will give you a complete package and is the best way to see the Arctic Sea's environment.
The cultural life is also quite active and diverse in Kjollefjord. There are approximately 1000 inhabitants in the village. Within an old fish factory is the local cultural center called Foldalbruket, where there is a museum and a traditional festival hall. Another fish factory, Christensenbruket, has been converted into a beautiful art gallery, atelier and arts and crafts workshops. During the summertime, there are many art exhibitions in the village and the midsummer highlight is the music festival called Christfestivalen that lasts for several days.
During summer season 2009, the Inn at the End of the World is hosting an art exhibition by local artists and craftspeople who will present a wide range of typically local work that can be purchased.
